MN Home Transitions is a principal home buyer based in Minneapolis. We make purchase offers directly to owners, heirs, contract holders, and estates — anywhere in Minnesota.
What we do
We make as-is purchase offers. No repairs, no cleanouts, no showings. Closings are scheduled around the timeline that works for the deal — whether that is a fast clean-title close, extra time for a tenant move-out, or a longer probate-conditioned close.
Who we are
A small, owner-operated principal home buyer. We are not a real estate brokerage, broker, or agent, and we do not represent sellers. We act as a principal/prospective buyer of the property. If a signed purchase agreement permits assignment, purchase rights may be assigned or the transaction may close through a related or partner purchasing entity. When a traditional listing with a licensed agent is a better fit for your situation, we will say so.
Where we make offers
Anywhere in Minnesota — from the Twin Cities out to the Iron Range, the Red River Valley, and the southern farm country. We are most active in the seven-county metro (Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, Washington, Scott, and Carver), but a home outside that footprint is not a no.
