    Call, email, or text — whatever is easiest. Share the address and any details you have. A few sentences is plenty.

    We explain our purchase process.

    In person, on the phone, or over email. We'll walk through how our offer works, what we pay, and what happens at closing. We are not your agent or listing broker.

  3. 03

    We view the home and make a principal offer.

    We stop by once to see the home. A few days later, you get a written purchase offer if the property fits. If the agreement permits assignment, the transaction may close with us, an affiliated buyer, or a partner purchasing entity.
