What it costs

You do not pay us a fee or commission. No pre-listing repairs. Our written offer states the proposed purchase price and the closing costs we cover. Mortgage payoffs, liens, taxes, title items, and estate expenses are handled through the final settlement statement. If the written agreement permits assignment, purchase rights may be assigned or the transaction may close through us, a related buyer, or a partner purchasing entity. If a traditional listing is a better fit, we will say so.
